The University of Maryland, Baltimore, (UMB), Department of Human Resources is looking for an experienced, resourceful, and results-oriented Learning and Employee Development, Senior Consultant to design and deliver innovative learning solutions for supervisors, managers, and staff. Under the direction of the Human Resources Employee Learning and Development (ELD) Director, the Senior Consultant, will be responsible for the effective planning, designing, developing, implementing, administrating and executing leadership, learning, and training programs to support the growth and retention of talent at UMB. This position will ensure that employee and leadership development initiatives are designed to improve workplace performance, strengthen organizational capability, and leverage best practices across the organization. The position will actively search, creatively design and implement effective adult learning principles and methods to educate, enhance, and recognize performance.
