Senior Consultant (Business Systems Analyst) (full-time; multiple openings) needed in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to gather and analyze business requirements and design, develop, configure, customize, and integrate business systems. Coordinate efforts of lower-level team members while guiding them in the process. Document current processes and develop solutions. Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk analysis. Involved in clarifying requirements and design solutions that meet the business needs and assisting in defect research and resolution. Design system interfaces, screen specifications, and data requirements. Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Elicit, analyze, validate, and document requirements deliverable throughout the software development lifecycle. Study system capabilities, create workflow charts, write specifications, and design modifications. Provide technical expertise to address complex application integration and interpretation issues. Design configurations of software applications in accordance with the requirements/change management process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equiv) in Computer Science, Business, Engineering (any), Math, Information Technology, or related field
  • Two (2) years of IT experience
  • One (1) year of IT work experience using one of the following skill sets: Power BI, ECMS, and THOR; OR Webservice, Angular, and Oracle
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent), three (3) years of post-secondary study in any field, plus three (3) years of IT experience
