The Senior Consultant, Benefits & Well-being supports the design, implementation, and ongoing management of global well-being programs, contributing to initiatives that enhance employee experience and align with organizational priorities. This role works in close partnership with internal HR teams and external vendors to deliver effective, engaging, and impactful programs, while gaining exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of Global Rewards within a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.
