About The Position

Be part of a dynamic team that crafts strategies to enhance colleague well-being! As a member of our Retirement, Benefits and Well-being team within Total Rewards, you’ll contribute to programs and services that help colleagues feel physically healthy, mentally strong, financially confident, and socially connected. The HR Analyst provides analysis, coordination, and advice to support employee well-being and absence programs.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and explain what it means
  • Problem-solving skills and good judgment
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable working with different teams and partners
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting benefits or well-being programs is an asset
  • Experience with reporting tools or dashboards is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day delivery of well-being, absence, and employee programs
  • Track requests, manage shared inboxes, and follow up on tasks
  • Help improve how programs run by identifying gaps or inefficiencies
  • Collect and analyze data from different sources
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support dashboards, reports, and presentations
  • Share insights and recommendations with Program Managers
  • Support projects and new program launches
  • Help test, implement, and improve processes
  • Assist in creating training materials, guides, and presentations
  • Work with internal teams (HR, Communications, Finance, etc.)
  • Coordinate with external vendors who support programs
  • Build strong working relationships to support program delivery
  • Help maintain internal web pages and program content
  • Coordinate translations and updates
  • Support events, webinars, and employee campaigns
  • Help run employee ambassador programs (employee volunteers who promote well-being)
  • Maintain membership lists and respond to questions
  • Support onboarding and engagement activities
