About The Position
We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-value construction projects from start to finish. You’ll own the budget, drive the schedule, manage the team, and be the face of the project to the client. This is not a sit-back role — this is for someone who wants control, responsibility, and the ability to actually impact outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years running construction projects
- Experience owning large budgets and delivering results
- Strong leadership — you can push a job forward, not just manage it
- Comfortable in fast-moving, high-pressure environments
- Ability to capture change orders
- Procore / MS Project (or similar tools)
Responsibilities
- Manage 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $20-35M+ annually.
- Full financial performance and profitability
- Client relationships and communication
- Project teams (PMs, engineers, supers, subs)
- Schedules, change orders, and execution
