About The Position
Perform construction and common labor duties necessary to remodel current store sites and/ perform general maintenance, oversee subcontractors when necessary. This role involves extensive pharmacy remodels requiring night shifts (8pm-5am), as well as maintenance projects and non-evasive remodels during day shift hours. The position requires daily out-of-town travel and overnights, with lodging and meals provided. The Senior Construction Laborer works independently with minimum supervision, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License Required
- Drug Test
- Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
Nice To Haves
- 3 or more years previous experience in related position
Responsibilities
- Installation of gondolas and store fixtures
- Rough and finish Carpentry work
- Installation of carpeting and floor tiles
- Perform Minor plumbing repairs
- Painting
- Sheetrock installation
- Electrical work including installation of outlets and lighting fixtures
- Responsible for uploading receipts into Concur daily and submitting end of the month expense report for approval
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
