We are currently seeking Sitework Laborers for a trusted customer in Newington, NH. This is a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity with steady work, competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for long-term employment.
Requirements
- Previous construction, sitework, or laborer experience preferred
- Experience with excavation, pipe laying, utility work, or dirt work is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on uneven terrain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to travel to jobsites throughout Southern New Hampshire

- Experience with excavation, pipe laying, utility work, or dirt work
Responsibilities
- Assist with site clearing, grading, and excavation
- Support installation of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage systems
- Perform trenching, backfilling, and compaction
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and plate compactors
- Assist with foundation preparation and general site development
- Load, unload, and move materials around the jobsite
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements
