About The Position

STRUCTURAL is recruiting Construction Technicians & Laborers to join our nationwide Nuclear Projects Division. As part of this specialized team, you will perform high-quality industrial construction and repair work within commercial nuclear power plants. The ideal candidate demonstrates uncompromising integrity and responsibility, security and compliance readiness, and a strong work ethic. This role requires willingness to travel nationwide for projects ranging from short term (several weeks) to multi-year. STRUCTURAL offers competitive per diem and support in finding accommodations. Positions within our Nuclear Division come with an elevated pay scale, enhanced per diem structures, and premium earning potential. Nuclear sites offer structured, highly organized, and desirable work environments compared to other industrial construction sites. Requirements

Must be able to gain and maintain unescorted access to nuclear protected areas.
Must pass comprehensive background checks, psychological evaluations, and continuous Fitness for Duty (FFD) requirements including frequent alcohol, drug, and other impairing agents testing.
Must provide reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Must be fully willing to travel nationwide.
Strict adherence to rules, procedures, and a stringent, 24/7 safety culture is required.
Pre-employment and ongoing, random Fitness for Duty (FFD) drug and alcohol testing is mandatory.
