About The Position

Our crews work on meaningful projects that help build and improve essential infrastructure across the region. This role supports field operations on job sites, assisting with site preparation and general labor tasks such as shoveling, backfilling, compacting trenches, and working with small tools and equipment.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. with ease
- Must comply with all site safety requirements
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Driver’s License preferred
- Construction experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including but not limited to digging, lifting, and backfilling
- Assist equipment operators
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies and supervisor instructions
- Perform other duties as assigned
