Requirements
- Previous construction laborer experience preferred
- Commercial construction experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Ability to perform physical labor and work on your feet throughout the day
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Assist with general commercial construction and job site tasks
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
- Prepare, maintain, and clean job sites
- Assist skilled tradespeople and other crew members as needed
- Follow instructions from supervisors and project leaders
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
