About The Position

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is seeking a Senior Computer Analyst to support a government customer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Port Hueneme Division. This is a fully on-site role supporting mission-critical Navy systems in a classified environment. The Senior Computer Analyst provides advanced systems engineering, technical analysis, and lifecycle support for complex Department of Defense systems. This role supports system design, integration, testing, cybersecurity, and sustainment efforts while collaborating closely with government stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret Clearance (T5/SSBI)
  • IAT Level II certification (DoD 8570/8140 compliant)
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • 10+ years of systems engineering or computer systems analysis experience
  • Experience working in DoD or government environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting DoD, Navy, NAVSEA, or warfare center programs
  • Familiarity with systems engineering processes and lifecycle support in mission-critical systems
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, RMF, and information assurance requirements
  • Prior experience at Port Hueneme or similar naval environments

Responsibilities

  • Perform systems engineering and technical analysis for complex Navy and DoD systems
  • Translate mission and user requirements into technical solutions and engineering deliverables
  • Support full system lifecycle activities including design, integration, testing, validation, and sustainment
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, engineering artifacts, and status reports
  • Analyze system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and integrated system issues
  • Collaborate with engineers, program stakeholders, and cybersecurity teams to ensure mission readiness
  • Support configuration management, technical reviews, change management, and requirements traceability
  • Apply cybersecurity and information assurance practices aligned with DoD IAT II requirements
  • Prepare and present technical briefings, findings, and recommendations to leadership and government customers
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall technical excellence
