About The Position
As Senior Compliance Specialist you will work with the Quality team to carry out daily quality control functions including development QA, quality control, quality engineering and quality assurance. Requirements
- Familiar with Excel operation
- Minimum 10 years’ experience
- Familiarity with worldwide safety standards
- Strong leadership, with experience in organization and staff development
Nice To Haves
- Has the experience of SAP operation is preferred
- Quality/compliance management and / or manufacturing engineering background preferred
Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day operations of all quality functions including development QA, quality control, quality engineering and quality assurance
- Partner with global team members to carry out daily quality control function and define specifications to fulfill customers’ expectations
- Plan and implement the product development product qualification plan
- Issue product specifications, coordinate product testing plans
- Conduct failure analysis, triage customer complaints and develop corrective action plans as appropriate
- Liaise with cross-functional teams throughout the product development process
- Work closely with internal and external parties to make sure quality issues are well resolved
- Update procedures/ work instructions, propose testing plans and inspection procedures
