Senior Compliance Specialist
About The Position
As Senior Compliance Specialist you will work with the Quality team to carry out daily quality control functions including development QA, quality control, quality engineering and quality assurance. You will partner with global team members to carry out daily quality control function and define specifications to fulfill customers’ expectations. You will plan and implement the product development & product qualification plan, issue product specifications, and coordinate product testing plans. You will conduct failure analysis, triage customer complaints and develop corrective action plans as appropriate. You will liaise with cross-functional teams throughout the product development process and work closely with internal and external parties to make sure quality issues are well resolved. You will also update procedures/ work instructions, propose testing plans and inspection procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience
- Familiarity with worldwide safety standards
- Strong leadership, with experience in organization and staff development
- Familiar with Excel operation
Nice To Haves
- Has the experience of SAP operation is preferred
- Quality/compliance management and / or manufacturing engineering background preferred
