Senior Compliance Analyst

Behavior Frontiers•El Segundo, CA
•$75,000 - $95,000

About The Position

The Senior Compliance Analyst is an experienced healthcare compliance professional who supports implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the Compliance Program. The role monitors state and federal regulatory requirements, Medicaid and payer obligations, and other developments affecting organizational operations. It assesses the impact of changing requirements and partners with business owners to turn obligations and identified gaps into policies, procedures, training, implementation plans, and corrective actions. The Analyst owns regulatory change and remediation workflows from identification through verified implementation. Responsibilities include tracking corrective actions to completion, validating evidence, escalating delays or deficiencies, and preparing completed remediation packages for formal handoff to the Auditing and Monitoring team for independent testing and ongoing oversight. This is a senior healthcare compliance and regulatory role, rather than a data-management or reporting-only position. The role works cross-functionally with teams including Clinical, Operations, Billing and Authorizations, Credentialing, Human Resources, Training, and Legal. It also supports regulatory examinations, payer audits, licensing reviews, external inquiries, evidence collection, responses, and post-review remediation. The position provides Compliance leadership with concise reporting on material changes, open risks, overdue actions, implementation barriers, and issues requiring escalation.
