Senior Compliance Analyst
About The Position
Perform detailed compliance reviews of complex Construction Committee items submitted for approval, with an understanding of how the scope of work may or may not affect the funding of the item. Review items submitted to Oversight Committees for grant compliance and assist in creation of the funding eligibilities. These items include but are not limited to large purchases, professional services proposals, construction awards, job orders, and change orders for projects. The Construction Committee evaluates, approves, and recommends approvals to the Aviation Authority Board bids, proposals, requests for reimbursement, contract awards and contract modifications for construction projects and related projects and services with Construction or Engineering project funding sources.
Requirements
- Understanding of how the scope of work may or may not affect the funding of the item.
- Experience reviewing items submitted to Oversight Committees for grant compliance.
- Experience assisting in the creation of funding eligibilities.
- Experience with large purchases, professional services proposals, construction awards, job orders, and change orders for projects.
- Experience evaluating, approving, and recommending approvals to an Aviation Authority Board for bids, proposals, requests for reimbursement, contract awards, and contract modifications for construction projects and related projects and services with Construction or Engineering project funding sources.
