About The Position

The Senior Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in advancing and maintaining the organization’s compliance program across a healthcare MSO and affiliated entities in California. This position is responsible for overseeing complex compliance operations, leading monitoring and audit readiness efforts, and providing strategic support in regulatory and risk-related initiatives. The Sr. Compliance Analyst partners closely with Compliance leadership to ensure effective program execution, drives data integrity and reporting enhancements, leads investigations and corrective actions, and serves as subject matter expert (SME) on regulatory requirements. This role also provides mentorship to junior staff and plays a key role in strengthening compliance controls, processes, and organizational readiness for audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, auditing, or regulatory environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, DMHC, CMS requirements)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational expertise
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and compliance systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Leadership and mentoring capabilities

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree or specialized training in healthcare compliance, law, or related discipline.
  • Experience in MSO, IPA, medical group, or managed care setting.
  • Demonstrated experience leading audits, investigations, or compliance initiatives.
  • Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or similar credential.
