As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will own compensation analytics and the systems behind broad-based base pay and variable compensation programs. You will build models that drive pay decisions, run tooling and workflows for the People and Recruiting teams, and use automation and AI to improve operations and enhance user experience. This role involves analysis, systems, and program execution with ownership from day one. The position is based in Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Chicago, IL offices, with at least 3 days per week in-person attendance expected.
