About The Position

Robinhood is looking for bold thinkers and sharp problem-solvers to join their elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. This role is for ambitious people who want to do the best work of their careers. The Compensation team designs programs to help Robinhood attract, motivate, and retain talent as the company scales. As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will own compensation analytics and the systems behind broad-based base pay and variable compensation programs. You will build models that drive pay decisions, run tooling and workflows for the People and Recruiting teams, and use automation and AI to improve operations and enhance user experience. This role involves analysis, systems, and program execution with ownership from day one. The position is based in Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Chicago, IL offices, with at least 3 days per week in-person attendance expected. Robinhood believes in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community.
