About The Position

The Senior Compensation Analyst provides guidance and support to the Leaders and HR Business Partners for all compensation related activities. The Senior Compensation Analyst works with a variety of stakeholders across the Company to develop and present compensation alternatives or recommendations while maintaining consistency with the compensation philosophy and guidelines. Recommendations and guidance is often complex and spans multiple business units, sub-companies or as a result of acquisitions. The position requires a high sense of urgency, strong project management skills, strong database management skills, and the ability to deliver accurate work in a highly complex environment. The position requires annual market analysis with associated recommendations and includes geographical differentials, variable pay, sales and incentive plans and other compensation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to Leaders and HR Business Partners for all compensation related activities.
  • Develop and present compensation alternatives or recommendations to stakeholders across the Company, ensuring consistency with compensation philosophy and guidelines.
  • Manage complex compensation recommendations spanning multiple business units, sub-companies, or resulting from acquisitions.
  • Conduct annual market analysis with associated recommendations, including geographical differentials, variable pay, sales and incentive plans, and other compensation programs.
