Analyzes salaries for market competitiveness and team equity; recommends structural adjustments as needed. Manages position data to track and report salary bands, personal grades, and function levels; ensures SAP reflects compensation changes. Oversees Geographical Pay structure for SF2-US and C4-US; evolves structure to maintain harmonized approach. Evaluates effectiveness of compensation processes and market pay trends; advises on actions to align with business needs. Analyzes compensation data for equity and compliance with Equal Pay Act, Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and related discrimination laws. Standardizes career path elements (including Expert Career Path) across functions; creates a unified framework of requirements. Oversees grading of new and existing positions and end-to-end administration of the grading process; supports related surveys and job description library. Leads annual salary and bonus planning processes, including merit increases; coordinates with HR Partners, vendors (e.g., Mercer), and ensures data integrity and compliance.
