About The Position

Lead compensation analyst responsible for position grading and FLSA determinations for SF2-US and C4-US entities; develops and administers compensation policies and procedures. Develops salary band structures, geographical pay systems, expert career path, salary and bonus administration; harmonizes policies across C4-US and SF2-US. Analyzes salaries for market competitiveness and team equity; recommends structural adjustments as needed. Manages position data to track and report salary bands, personal grades, and function levels; ensures SAP reflects compensation changes. Oversees Geographical Pay structure for SF2-US and C4-US; evolves structure to maintain harmonized approach. Evaluates effectiveness of compensation processes and market pay trends; advises on actions to align with business needs. Analyzes compensation data for equity and compliance with Equal Pay Act, Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and related discrimination laws. Standardizes career path elements (including Expert Career Path) across functions; creates a unified framework of requirements. Oversees grading of new and existing positions and end-to-end administration of the grading process; supports related surveys and job description library. Leads annual salary and bonus planning processes, including merit increases; coordinates with HR Partners, vendors (e.g., Mercer), and ensures data integrity and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, training and/or certifications.
  • 5-7 years experience in Human Resources position including:
  • 3+ Years experience in Compensation system administration
  • 3+ Years experience grading experience
  • 3+ Years experience making FLSA exemption status determinations
  • 3 years minimum project management experience
  • 3 years minimum data analysis and reporting experience
  • 1 year minimum experience creating and delivering executive level presentations

  • Master’s degree in Business or mathematics preferred.
