As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you’ll partner with leaders across the organization to design and optimize compensation programs that are competitive, data-driven, and aligned with strategic priorities. Requirements

  • Minimum of four years' experience administering market-based pay programs and/or financial experience to include modeling cost analysis, data interpretation and analysis required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills required.
  • Highly detailed and analytical skills required.
  • Ability to identify problem, recommend alternatives, and collaborate to implement necessary changes required.
  • Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience administering market-based pay programs and/or financial experience to include modeling cost analysis, data interpretation and analysis in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • HR systems experience with market pricing and modeling and job descriptions preferred.
  • Experience with variable pay programs preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, human resources, or related field preferred.
  • Coursework in statistical analysis preferred.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of human resources and compensation best practices preferred.
  • Certified Compensation Professional coursework/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to analyze the effectiveness of existing compensation programs, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Participate in developing recommended plan revisions as well as new plans which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and business objectives.
  • Participate in all components of the annual pay structure review including administration of base and variable pay programs.
  • Collaborate with People Strategy Partners and department leaders to provide guidance on the development of new or changes to existing job descriptions and then conduct market pricing analysis.
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams within human resources that are aligned with strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Contribute to multifunctional teams and coordinate projects as assigned.
