You'll use your active listening skills and proactivity to create high-quality content and communications programs that inform and empower CTG employees.

Requirements

5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
Demonstrate solid business writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and format for different audiences and channels
Have proficient experience and knowledge with Google Workspace (Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets) or equivalent
Have an interest in connecting internal communications strategies to organizational performance
Take ownership of projects and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Be a dedicated team player, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels in a large, complex, and cross-functional organization

Responsibilities

Shaping and delivering internal communications strategies for key CTG initiatives
Translating complex topics into clear, actionable messages for diverse audiences and channels
Advising stakeholders on effective messaging and building self-service communications resources for employees
Managing the end-to-end delivery of content and logistics for quarterly All Hands meetings
Co-leading an employee advisory group designed to bridge the gap between communication strategy and employee experience
Piloting AI tools to improve team efficiency and discover creative ways to scale impact
Participating in Akamai's Global Communications Network to drive alignment and information-sharing across the global organization
