About The Position

Voices is evolving as an AI technology company after two decades as the world’s trusted platform for voice solutions. This role exists to make sure our story resonates across campaigns, channels, and with audiences. As our Senior Communications & Content Specialist, you'll own the content and earned media engine that shapes how the world understands who Voices is, where we're going, and why it matters. You'll be the person who turns product narratives into compelling editorial, keeps our PR activity sharp and timely, and ensures every piece of content—from a press briefing to a blog or LinkedIn post—reflects a company operating at a different altitude than it did before. You'll report directly to the Director of Brand & Field Marketing and work closely with our Creative, Field Marketing, Social, and broader Marketing team—as well as cross-functional partners and our external PR agency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in content, communications, or a related marketing role.
  • Agency or tech background strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience supporting PR or earned media activity, whether in-house or agency-side—is essential.
  • Exceptional writing across formats—long-form editorial, press materials, executive communications, and short-form social.
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI writing and productivity tools as a force multiplier, not a shortcut.
  • A working knowledge of brand and messaging frameworks and the discipline to apply them consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Own the content calendar end-to-end: Develop and execute a content program blog posts, thought leadership, case studies, and campaign content—that ladders up to business priorities and drives measurable engagement across channels.
  • Drive earned media that moves the needle: Partner with our external PR agency to sharpen media pitches, surface timely story angles, and secure coverage that advances our repositioning narrative in tech, trade, and business press.
  • Make executives sound like themselves—at their best: Support executive content development across formats—LinkedIn posts, op-eds, and bylines—capturing each leader's voice with precision and helping build their public profiles with intention.
  • Translate complex narratives into clear stories: Take Voices' product and market positioning and make it accessible and compelling for different audiences—enterprise buyers, voice talent, and the broader market.
  • Keep the brand voice consistent at scale: Serve as the owned content standards owner across the Marketing team—flagging messaging inconsistencies, maintaining Brand Hub with the Creative team, and ensuring approved terminology is applied correctly across every external touchpoint.
  • Build smarter content workflows with AI: Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and repurposing—and actively identify opportunities to make the broader team's content production faster and higher quality.
