About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized and exceptional writer to lead our content planning and execution across multiple channels. This role is responsible for managing the content calendar end-to-end and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality content that strengthens our brand, engages our audience, and supports business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong editorial judgment with project management skills and can independently drive content initiatives from concept through publication.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in content marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven experience managing content calendars and delivering content consistently.
  • Ability to write for different formats and audiences.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy and professional audience engagement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B marketing, consulting, technology, professional services, or startup environments.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and content management systems.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong long-form and short-form writing.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the monthly and quarterly content calendar.
  • Coordinate content priorities with leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all planned content across channels.
  • Track content performance and recommend improvements based on audience engagement.
  • Write, edit, and publish high-quality content including: Newsletters, Blog articles, LinkedIn posts, Website content, Case studies, Thought leadership articles, Executive communications.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content.
  • Develop content briefs and outlines.
  • Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and quality.
  • Ensure all content meets editorial and brand standards.
  • Manage revisions and stakeholder feedback efficiently.
  • Plan and schedule LinkedIn content.
  • Create engaging social media copy tailored to target audiences.
  • Work with designers and other contributors to develop supporting creative assets.
  • Monitor content performance and audience engagement metrics.
  • Work closely with leadership, subject matter experts, and external contributors.
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling content.
  • Identify opportunities for thought leadership and industry commentary.
