Requirements

4+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Experience translating complex business updates into clear, audience-focused messaging.
Strond verbal communication and stakeholder consulting skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities with strong organization and follow-through, while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Experience using collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint), AI Tools, and Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

Develop and implement communications strategies and plans that drive business results.
Translate complex business strategies and transformation initiatives into clear, concise, and compelling messages for internal audiences.
Partner with cross-functional teams (business, tech, support teams, project sponsors) to align messaging to priorities.
Manage end-to-end strategy and sequencing across multiple communications channels.
Use AI tools to draft and refine communications, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
Follow content standards, review processes, and quality control to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and adherence to brand standards.
Track and measure results to ensure alignment with intended outcomes and business objectives.
