As a Senior Commission Analyst at Conga, you will play a key role in designing, configuring rules in comp tool, administering, and optimizing commission programs that enable the organization to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. You will leverage your experience, market intelligence, data analytics, and business partnership skills to contribute to developing commissions solutions that are aligned with Conga’s philosophy, business objectives, and growth strategy. In this role, you will collaborate closely with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Sales, Sales Ops, and business leaders to provide guidance, support organizational effectiveness, and ensure market competitiveness. You will serve as a trusted advisor on commission matters, delivering insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. You will partner with the business to ensure what is designed for metrics is operationally possible through commission tool. As a Senior Commission Analyst, you will help shape the employee’s experience by ensuring accuracy is at the forefront of all processes. Your ability to configure commission tools and effectively communicate gaps in planning for new plan year will help Conga remain competitive in an evolving talent landscape while supporting strategic growth initiatives and fostering a culture of transparency and fairness.
