Thumbtack is looking for a Senior Commercial Strategy Manager (Partnership Operations) with strong delivery skills and proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs. This role owns the operational orchestration of partnership launches and ongoing partner operations — coordinating across product, engineering, sales, finance, internal tools, and support to ensure partnerships grow and scale smoothly. You will own the end-to-end operational success of partner programs — from launch through ongoing performance and growth. That means driving cross-functional alignment, working directly with external partners alongside internal teams, identifying where programs are constrained, recommending solutions that unlock scale, and ensuring leadership has clear visibility into status and risks. This is a high-impact role on a fast-moving team. Success requires strong program management instincts, analytical capability, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to push progress across many fronts without direct authority.
