Repligen is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Analyst focused on Incentive Compensation to support the administration and analysis of sales compensation programs. This role is responsible for executing commission processes, supporting compensation planning activities, and contributing to system-related initiatives and process improvements. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely commission processing, supporting compensation plan design, driving system implementation initiatives, and improving operational scalability through automation and process governance. The ideal candidate will have experience administering incentive compensation programs, performing compensation calculations, and supporting the implementation and ongoing use of incentive compensation platforms such as Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Akeron, Varicent, or similar tools. This position will partner with Commercial Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, and IT to support compensation processes while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established programs. This position will partner closely with Commercial Operations, Finance, HR, Sales Leadership, and IT to ensure compensation programs align with company objectives while maintaining accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
