About The Position
Nelson Mullins is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its commercial litigation group in the Miami office. The role offers a lateral attorney the opportunity to join a dynamic office and a highly skilled team with substantial courtroom experience in state and federal courts. The Miami office serves clients in Florida, the Caribbean, and Central and South America, with attorneys practicing across a range of legal areas.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of meaningful commercial litigation experience.
- Florida Bar admission in good standing.
- Confidence in delivering a successful client experience.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience taking and defending depositions.
- Submit a cover letter, resume, and copy of law school transcript.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in both federal and state court litigation.
