Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines CSR to join a growing team. Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Extensive commercial lines insurance experience required.
- Applied EPIC experience required.
- Strong knowledge of certificates of insurance, policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, and ACORD applications.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Nice To Haves
- Experience servicing nonprofit, religious organization, or specialty commercial accounts is highly preferred.
- Experience working with Erie Insurance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of commercial lines business.
- Provide A–Z servicing, including handling certificates of insurance, policy changes, renewals, and account maintenance.
- Prepare and process ACORD applications and related documentation.
- Support producers by managing day-to-day servicing activities and client requests.
- Maintain accurate client records and workflows within Applied EPIC.
- Collaborate with carriers, clients, and internal team members to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Assist with training and mentoring team members on system utilization and commercial lines best practices.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on operational excellence and client satisfaction.
