About The Position
Columbus Worthington Air, in partnership with ARS, is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Tech to join their team. This is a full-time, year-round position offering earning potential of $72K - $100K per year based on performance. ARS is the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, with over 7,000 team members and 45+ years of experience, providing stability, growth, and industry-leading support. The role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems, performing maintenance and emergency repairs, and delivering excellent customer service. Technicians will work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training, and are expected to maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards.
Requirements
- 3 years of commercial HVAC experience
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs
- Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes
- Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training
- Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards
