About The Position

Columbus Worthington Air, in partnership with ARS, is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Tech to join their team. This is a full-time, year-round position offering earning potential of $72K - $100K per year based on performance. ARS is the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, with over 7,000 team members and 45+ years of industry experience, providing stability, growth, and industry-leading support for HVAC professionals.

Requirements

• 3 years of commercial HVAC experience
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards
