The Senior Commercial Enablement Specialist will support key initiatives that help our commercial teams better understand, position, and sell our virtual care and digital health solutions. The role combines project coordination, product knowledge development, sales enablement, data analysis, and AI-powered knowledge management. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and business concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in healthcare, digital health, SaaS, or healthcare technology.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, or business intelligence tools.
  • Experience creating presentations, demos, or training materials.
  • Basic analytical skills and comfort working with data.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead the build of client-facing product demonstrations for our virtual care and digital health solutions.
  • Partner with Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure demos accurately reflect product capabilities and value propositions.
  • Support sales presentations, internal training sessions, and customer meetings as needed.
  • Ensure demo environments reflect enhancements to improve the customer experience.
  • Help develop and maintain an AI-enabled repository of product knowledge and frequently asked questions.
  • Organize product documentation, competitive intelligence, implementation materials, and client-facing resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture and codify institutional knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage generative AI tools to improve self-service capabilities for sales and client-facing teams.
  • Learn and manage Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Support reporting requests from Solution Strategy team on quarterly performance and analytics.
  • Analyze and summarize data to provide actionable insights.
  • Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate projects involving Product, Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Client Success, and Operations teams.
  • Track deliverables, follow up on action items, and help ensure key initiatives remain on schedule.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting materials, presentations, and executive-ready summaries.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
