Wells Fargo is recruiting a Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to drive growth across its South Central Division, focusing on clients with $100MM–$500MM in annual revenue throughout Colorado as part of the Commercial Bank. In this role, you will cultivate and expand complex client relationships across Colorado, serving as a trusted advisor and translating client priorities into forward-looking, data-driven strategies that influence key decision-makers. You will advise executive leadership on the structuring, renewal, and optimization of sophisticated credit solutions (cash flow, real estate, and industry-specific), providing rigorous analysis, shaping deal strategy, and coordinating cross-functional execution. Partner with Business Development to originate new opportunities, leveraging established networks and industry relationships to expand market presence and accelerate growth. Collaborate with Product Management to inform credit strategy and innovation, aligning solutions to evolving client needs and driving competitive differentiation. Lead enterprise-wide solutioning by aligning Wells Fargo’s full suite of capabilities to client strategies, partnering across product and functional teams to deliver integrated outcomes. Provide strategic direction and subject matter expertise to leadership on high-impact initiatives, shaping cross-functional efforts that enhance client delivery and long-term growth. Strengthen enterprise execution by enhancing processes, managing risk, and resolving complex client issues, while serving as a senior representative in the market and mentoring emerging talent. Oversee relationship planning and pipeline management, ensuring disciplined execution, accurate forecasting, and insight-driven reporting.
