About The Position

As a Senior Cloud Systems Engineer at Fiserv, you will manage and optimize infrastructure systems essential to the company’s operations and growth. Working with a dedicated team, you will address complex infrastructure challenges and ensure systems integrate seamlessly and perform reliably. You will contribute to innovative solutions and support clients, helping advance business success.

The role is on-site Monday through Friday. It requires use of a computer and audio equipment. The position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine, or Washington.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure design and management.
• 4+ years of experience with network management.
• 4+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 4+ years of experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• 4+ years of experience in performance tuning and optimization.
• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure security.
• 6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
• 6+ months of experience working with Fiserv platforms.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Understanding of automation scripting for infrastructure management.
• Experience with infrastructure scaling technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Optimize infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure architecture with enterprise goals.
• Conduct regular system audits and recommend upgrades and improvements.
• Stay current with infrastructure technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
