About The Position

As a Senior Cloud Systems Engineer, you will manage and optimize infrastructure systems essential to Fiserv's operations and growth. Working with a dedicated team, you will address complex infrastructure challenges and ensure seamless integration and performance of various systems. Your work will help drive innovative solutions, support clients, and enhance business success. The role is on-site Monday through Friday, and requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure design and management.
• 4+ years of experience with network management.
• 4+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 4+ years of experience with containerization technologies, including Docker or Kubernetes.
• 4+ years of experience in performance tuning and optimization.
• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure security.
• 6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
• 6+ months of experience working with Fiserv platforms.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Understanding of automation scripting for infrastructure management.
• Experience in infrastructure scaling technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust infrastructure solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Optimize infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure architecture with enterprise goals.
• Conduct regular system audits and recommend upgrades and improvements.
• Stay updated with infrastructure technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
