The Department of Justice is seeking to employ a Senior Clinician and Educator on an 18-month contract. This role involves undertaking comprehensive assessment and treatment planning for offenders, providing evidence-based interventions, maintaining case notes and administrative information, and preparing formal assessments and reports. The position also requires providing leadership, clinical direction, and guidance to Community Corrections staff, collaborating with Practice Leads and Unit Managers to offer training and support to Probation Officers, and liaising with stakeholders to enhance community and victim-survivor safety. The role is based on 73.50 hours per fortnight with flexible options available.
