About The Position

The Senior Clinical Specialist will work with the Regional Sales Director within the Upstate NY territory to meet existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them achieve their goals and meet patient/client needs. By providing case coverage, the Senior Clinical Specialist will contribute to achieving projected sales goals, Company objectives, and increasing sales revenue.

Requirements

  • Senior Clinical Specialist will work with the Regional Sales Director within the Upstate NY territory
  • Meet existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals)
  • Identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care
  • Discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them achieve their goals and meet patient/client needs
  • Provide case coverage
  • Contribute to achieving projected sales goals, Company objectives, and increasing sales revenue
  • Provide good case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients
  • Serve as the primary resource for clinical support in the areas of coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education for company products
  • Inform the customer on the latest product, therapy and technology developments in the industry by actively engaging in procedural and technical discussion
  • Demonstrate the ability to link clinical data to key messaging
  • Meet with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs, goals and constraints related to patient care and provide creative and feasible solutions using company products
  • Collaborate and communicate account and other requested information to the local territory manager on a daily basis
  • Support monitoring of product inventory levels
  • Share insights on competitive products or on account issues, opportunities with appropriate TM or CS
  • Educate the customer on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products
  • Lead challenging or more complex cases review
  • Lead and develop the content for Regional and/or Area clinical calls
  • Support the RSD in the creation and dissemination of educational content for the internal team
  • Provide case support and coverage of the most complex cases that require a higher level of clinical expertise
