About The Position

This role supports the Population Health team, focusing on regulatory reporting, quality improvement initiatives, and data-driven decision-making for leadership. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large healthcare datasets and capable of independent data analysis beyond simple report generation. As a Senior Clinical Quality Analyst, you will guide the development of comprehensive care plans to improve patient health and experience. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely for candidates located in New Mexico.

Requirements

3+ years of health care experience
3+ years of experience extracting data with tools such as SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
2+ years of experience developing and implementing performance improvement projects or using data to develop intervention strategies to improve outcomes
Ability to collect, analyze and present data
Ability to travel up to 10% within a designated territory
Reside in the State of New Mexico

Nice To Haves

Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, analyze data, identify trends, assist with reporting, or support analytical workflows
Coding experience is a major plus
Ability to navigate Microsoft Access Databases and VBA

Responsibilities

Analyzing clinical quality, utilization, and population health data
Developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations
Validating data and investigating performance trends and outliers
Translating complex findings into actionable recommendations for operational and clinical leaders
