About The Position

Ascension is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Quality Analyst to join their Risk Actuarial and Analytical department. This is a full-time, remote position focused on developing and implementing quality, safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction metrics and analytics. The role involves collaborating on metric development, reporting system design, and delivering routine and ad hoc reports. The analyst will also develop approaches for presenting information, support complex project management, and benchmark national best practices to make recommendations for change.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Clinical Experience highly preferred
• Patient quality and safety review experience preferred
• 5 years of experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality, safety, reliability and customer satisfaction metrics and analytics.
• Collaborate on metric development, reporting system design and design and delivery of routine and ad hoc reports.
• Develop approaches to presenting information including presentations and communications.
• Support complex project management, improvement initiatives and tactical decisions/plans with limited guidance.
• Benchmark national best practices and make recommendations for change as appropriate.
