IndieWire is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Client Success Manager to lead pre-, mid-, and post-sale support for entertainment and consumer accounts. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations — responsible not only for sustaining and deepening current partnerships, but for identifying and growing new revenue across IndieWire's digital, custom content, and live media portfolio. You will work closely with the IndieWire sales, marketing, editorial, ad operations, and product teams to ensure every client partnership delivers a seamless, creative, and results-driven experience.
