About The Position

Help the world's top journalists tell better stories — and help our clients become part of them. Qwoted connects media with the experts they need. Reporters at Forbes, Bloomberg, and The Wall Street Journal turn to us to find credible sources at companies like IBM, UnitedHealth Group, and Salesforce — fast. Our managed service team takes that a step further: we pitch on behalf of clients to land them coverage in local, trade, and global outlets. We're growing that offering, and we're looking for a client-obsessed operator to help us scale it.

Requirements

  • Account management, customer success, or client services experience
  • Ability to understand client goals, hit SLAs, and deliver coverage
  • Experience shaping client success functions
  • Experience sharpening reporting, automating repetitive tasks, and building playbooks
  • Genuine care about helping people succeed

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Previous PR, journalism, or media outreach experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Qwoted

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of Qwoted to your book of clients — responsive, proactive, and the person they trust to get things done
  • Spot the perfect media opportunities for each client in the Qwoted feed and make sure we're first in line
  • Keep the momentum with clients and journalists alike, so nothing stalls and nothing slips through
  • Orchestrate interviews and placements end-to-end — matching the right client with the right reporter at the right moment
  • Send weekly updates that clients genuinely look forward to opening
  • Track every win — coverage, outcomes, and the stories behind them
  • Own the systems that keep us sharp: tracking docs, spreadsheets, account records
  • Make us better by tightening workflows, killing busywork, and building processes that scale
  • Help us level up by getting the function ready to take on the next wave of clients
