As our Senior Client Strategist you’ll serve as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise employers as they launch Wellist. Rather than simply executing implementation plans, you’ll partner with HR and Benefits leaders to solve complex organizational challenges, design tailored employee experience strategies, and guide clients through meaningful change that drives platform engagement and measurable business outcomes. We’re looking for a structured problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with executive presence, and enjoys building scalable frameworks from the ground up. Requirements

Demonstrated success in client facing roles at an early stage, high growth start up
2+ years experience consulting or strategy role strongly preferred
Proven ability to solve ambiguous business problems and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
Experience managing enterprise clients, influencing executive stakeholders, and building trusted consultative relationships
A builder's mindset—you enjoy creating scalable processes, playbooks, and systems that improve how work gets done
Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments where adaptability, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity are essential
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver measurable results
Ability to work from our Boston office 2–3 days per week in a hybrid environment and travel up to 20–30% as needed

Nice To Haves

Experience in HR technology, healthcare technology, employee benefits, digital health, or another complex B2B SaaS environment is strongly preferred
MBA or other advanced degree is a plus

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary strategic lead for new enterprise client engagements, owning the relationship and implementation from kickoff through launch and early optimization.
Build tailored implementation plans that align with each employer’s workforce needs, benefits portfolio, and engagement goals.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Support, Product, Directory, and Activation) to translate client needs into coordinated, cross-functional solutions.
Track project milestones and dependencies, manage risks, and keep timelines on track with precision.
Design the overall client experience, implementation strategy, activation approach, communication plan, and directory customization strategy to reflect each employer’s culture, workforce, and priorities.
Lead discovery conversations to understand workforce challenges and translate those into actionable solutions.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to develop launch campaigns, email communications, and internal engagement strategies.
Implement and refine strategic activation plans—including segmented outreach, referral prompts, and tailored content—to drive employee engagement, adoption, and measurable client outcomes.
Analyze client performance data and user feedback to identify early wins and opportunities for improvement.
Serve as a strategic advisor to HR and Benefits leaders—ensuring that each program delivers value and exceeds expectations.
Codify implementation workflows, toolkits, and playbooks to support future scale.
Define and track key success metrics (e.g., time to launch, adoption rates, satisfaction scores).
Help shape Wellist’s enterprise implementation methodology and play a key role in building a scalable, consultative client success function.
