Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Illinois Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
Minimum 2 years of Commercial Lines agency experience in a highly automated, risk‑management‑focused environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; AMS360 experience strongly preferred
Highly organized with strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

Provide proactive, high‑quality client service, anticipating needs and responding promptly to client, producer, and account manager inquiries while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders
Support policy lifecycle and renewals, including preparing renewal submissions and proposals, processing new and renewal policies, change requests, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and insurance documentation (ID cards, certificates, binders)
Maintain accurate systems and documentation, ensuring policy data integrity within AMS360 and Worksmart, organizing policy delivery, and supporting ongoing risk management and service needs
