The Senior Client Partner plays a key role within Zaelab’s Client Services organization, supporting the growth, health, and strategic direction of a portfolio of enterprise accounts. Reporting to a Director or VP of Client Services, this role is responsible for managing client relationships, supporting account growth initiatives, ensuring delivery alignment, and contributing to the overall success of the portfolio. Zaelab is a PE-backed digital consulting firm helping enterprise manufacturers, distributors, and industrial organizations modernize how they sell, serve, and operate. We partner with clients navigating complex digital transformation initiatives across commerce, CPQ, customer service, workflow automation, and enterprise platforms including commercetools, SAP, ServiceNow, and BigCommerce. The ideal candidate brings experience managing client relationships within a consulting, systems integration, agency, or technology professional services environment. They are comfortable operating with autonomy, managing multiple stakeholders, supporting revenue growth initiatives, and partnering closely with delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who has experience owning accounts with support from senior leadership and is looking to expand their commercial, strategic, and client leadership capabilities within a high-growth consulting environment.
