Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in Client Delivery roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
  • Management experience necessary.
  • Expertise in multiple digital platforms and how they work together.
  • Google Analytics.
  • Project Management tools.
  • Research tools such as: Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint.
  • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
  • Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple client accounts, overseeing a team to develop comprehensive account plans that address client needs and align with their strategic goals, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary advocate for clients within the agency, ensuring their goals are prioritized in strategic discussions and decision-making processes.
  • Partner with pod leadership on providing timely feedback, coaching, and evaluation of team members' goals and tasks, conducting weekly 1:1 meetings to offer ongoing support, and ensuring adherence to scorecard tasks.
  • Utilize a deep understanding of the clients' business, industry trends, and KPIs to offer strategic guidance and impactful solutions.
  • Champion innovative thinking within the team, inspiring the development of leading-edge solutions that drive client success and potentially win awards.
  • Equip clients with the knowledge and confidence to speak about strategic directions and decisions, reinforcing their trust in our expertise.
  • Maintain and apply an in-depth knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices of the client’s business, and the industry overall, to enhance client strategies and recommendations.
  • Leverage strong knowledge of multiple digital channels (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.) to develop strategic plans, clearly tying channel recommendations to the client’s business goals.
