About The Position

You will be responsible for growing a portfolio of clients by delivering top-tier staffing solutions across contract, permanent, and SOW-based roles. You will play a pivotal role in generating headcount growth through personal production and maintaining exceptional client and candidate relationships. Acting as the primary relationship leader between Epitec and our clients’ hiring and leadership teams, this role is focused on achieving headcount growth, resulting in top-line growth (revenue) and expanded MarketShare across a portfolio of key accounts. This role may also include activities centered around converting prospective new customers into customers.

Requirements

  • Prior sales and staffing experience (12 years or more).
  • Customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the client requirements.
  • Demonstrated competency working with ATS and CRM tools.
  • Must prioritize and plan work activities of recruiters tied to them using time efficiently and having qualified job orders.
  • Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and monitor delivery metric’s to ensure quality.
  • Must adapt to changes in environment, manage competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
  • Must demonstrate problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deepen client relationships within the key strategic assigned accounts. These are current customers that Epitec has a relationship and contract with. These activities include bringing in job orders, executing all sales activities, including market research, lead qualification, and closing deals.
  • Activities may center around customers that are potential target accounts that Epitec does not currently have a master service agreement with.
  • Build, manage, and maintain trusted relationships with clients (contacts within a customer) to increase market share by promoting the company’s services.
  • Diagnose clients’ workforce gaps and offer creative staffing solutions by conducting market trends and awareness around industry analysis and presenting qualified candidates.
  • Deliver in-person presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals while staying informed of client RFPs and supporting the proposal writing process.
  • Responsible for the prioritization of the work (job requisitions, clarification, follow up, conversion rates).
  • Understands the Architecture of Account for those customers and is part of the Account Strategy and Account planning on getting to growth and account saturation.
  • Responsible for the daily prioritization of work for the recruiters assigned to the accounts associated to the role.
  • KPI’s associated with the role, Interview requests, Order Coverage, Placements made.
  • Ensure (CRM/ ATS) is the single source of truth for all sales information.
  • Update and maintain information in CRM to company standards.
