About The Position

Our client is looking for a Senior Client Partner, with specialized experience in the Retail industry to drive impactful client relationships and fuel business growth. As a Senior Client Partner within the Retail domain, you will play a key role in developing and expanding strategic client relationships, driving AI-first solutions across retailers, e-commerce players, consumer goods companies, and omni-channel businesses. You will lead client engagements and act as a trusted strategic advisor, aligning AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives with client objectives to deliver measurable outcomes such as improved customer experience, supply chain efficiency, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years in Client-facing roles (e.g., Account management, Consulting, Pre-sales).
  • Prior experience working with or selling to Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods clients is a must.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, data platforms, or analytics solutions.
  • Technical Fluency
  • Ability to understand and position AI-driven solutions (e.g., personalized recommendations, demand forecasting, computer vision for store analytics, pricing optimization).
  • Exposure to modern Data platforms (e.g., Master Data Management, Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS).
  • Comfort working with technical teams to translate business problems into Data Analytics and AI/ML solutions.
  • Soft Skills
  • Executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing minimum $10M accounts or portfolios is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deepen relationships with Senior Stakeholders in leading Retail and Consumer organizations.
  • Own the revenue and growth targets for one or more retail accounts.
  • Lead account planning, mining, and farming activities.
  • Act as a trusted partner by understanding the intersection of business strategy, customer behavior, supply chain dynamics, and AI/Data Analytics capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics / Engineering and Presales teams to define customized solutions using AI/ML, Data, and Analytics.
  • Partner with the GTMs and Delivery team to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the escalation point and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Support new business development efforts via proposals, SOWs, and pitch decks.
  • Work with marketing teams to develop AI-led value propositions for the Retail vertical.
