About The Position

The Senior Client Manager on the Business Insurance team manages relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide high-quality service and drive growth. The role includes analyzing coverage, recommending risk management approaches, negotiating coverage and pricing with carriers, preparing proposals, and resolving billing issues. The Senior Client Manager also mentors Client Service Associates by developing their policy-checking skills and coverage knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Insurance.
• Property & Casualty license, or ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
• Insurance designations such as INS, AAI, or CISR, or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. permanently and on an ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor's degree.
• Experience using EPIC.
• Experience working with Trucking clients and Captives.
• Working toward CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designations, or equivalent knowledge and ability.
