About The Position

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Senior Client Manager for its Business Insurance team. The role manages relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide high-quality service and support growth. Day-to-day work includes analyzing coverage, recommending risk-management measures, negotiating coverage and pricing with carriers, preparing proposals, and resolving billing issues. The Senior Client Manager also mentors Client Service Associates, helping develop their policy-checking skills and coverage knowledge. MMA provides business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions. Its local consulting service model is supported by the global resources of Marsh. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in Business Insurance.
Property & Casualty license, or ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
Insurance designations such as INS, AAI, or CISR, or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. permanently and on an ongoing basis without current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience using EPIC.
Experience working with trucking clients and captives.
Working toward CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designations, or equivalent knowledge and ability.
