As a Senior Client Manager in Employee Benefits, you’ll play a key role in delivering tailored solutions that make a real difference to our clients and their employees. Requirements

  • Experience managing client accounts in employee benefits or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and delivering results.
  • The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A commitment to ethical practices and doing business the right way.
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • 1+ years supervisory experience.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
  • Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Works in a self-directed manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Lead renewal processes, working closely with clients to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to secure existing business and identify opportunities to expand services.
